Notice of Foreclosure Action The association has received notice that 4 Pono Kai intervals will be foreclosed upon at public auction on: May 23, 20 12:00 Noon The location will be: At the entrance to the Fifth Circuit Court Building 3970 Ka 'ana Street Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii The interval types slated for foreclosure are: Interval Type: Mini Suite - 1 1 Bedroom/Imperial - 2 2 Bedroom/Presidential (Odd/Even) -1
Each secured property shall be sold separately, in an "AS IS" condition with no
upset prices, to the highest bidder with not less then TEN PERCENT (10%) of
the highest bid price payable as a non- refundable deposit in cash (US) or funds
due to the Owners Association within 30 days, from the sale date. You or your
representative must be present to bid on intervals.
